Pacific Northwest Eye Associates accepts most major insurance plans, as well as Medicare and Medicaid assignment. We ask that you confirm your insurance coverage's, and obtain any necessary referrals from your primary care doctor, before making your appointment with us.
We will do our best to answer insurance questions, but with so many insurance carriers and plans in the marketplace today, it is usually most accurate and efficient for patients to check with their insurance plan representative themselves.
Some plans will require a co-payment at the time of your visit. Many also do not cover the cost of your refraction (determining your corrective lens prescription) or contact lens evaluations. Please be prepared to pay applicable co-payment and the $40 refraction fee when you check in. We accept checks, cash, money orders, VISA and MasterCard.
