Interpreters
If you feel more comfortable speaking a language other than English, our Appointment Staff  will arrange for an interpreter at no cost. Please request interpreting services at the time you make your appointment.

Length of your visit
No two patient visits are exactly alike. The length of your stay will depend on the complexity of your medical conditions. It's our goal to schedule your appointments so that your evaluation won't be unnecessarily delayed. In some cases a return visit may be necessary. Please note that outpatients are not seen at our Clinics on Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.

Canceling Appointments
It is the policy of Pacific Northwest EYE Associates to provide the best care possible for all of our patients. Please be considerate to other patients by providing 24 hours cancellation notice when you are unable to make your appointment. This will provide an opportunity for others to see one of the physicians should the need arise.

Our Appointment Staff Office  is equipped with a voice mail system which accepts messages 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. If you are unable to cancel your appointment during regular business hours, please leave a voice mail message to ensure you will not be charged for your appointment.
